BOOKING INFORMATION

Payment can be made via bank transfer, monthly standing order, credit card or PayPal, please note there is an admin charge for PayPal of around 3.5% due to fees.  Details for bank transfer or standing order can be obtained by emailing bookings@lagoonasoul.com. We offer flexible payment plans.

​The total cost for this holiday is £649 per person, which includes Flights, transfers in Turkey for event dates only, accommodation, Turkish breakfast and wristband during the event week.

We try and cater for flights from your local airport, but this cannot be guaranteed. We will speak with you about this before any booking. Flights are booked with a small cabin bag and one piece of hold luggage per person only as per the airlines offerings. You can purchase extra cabin & hold luggage, seats and inflight meals  at an additional cost to be bared by you.

​We also have a choice of hotels. The Hotel Lagoon is the main hotel, and our sister hotel, The Dedem, which is approximately 10-15 minutes walk away. No music or events take place at The Dedem. Please note we do not offer transfers between the hotels.

Please note no extra days are available after the event as the hotel shuts down on the last day of Lagoona Soul.

To book for the event just click the BOOK & SHOP tab. There you will be able to pay your deposit. Minimum deposit payment is £99pp (Non Refundable) We have payment plans available. (we will email you details) or at set times as will be detailed to you on booking confirmation with the full balance payable by 31st August 2024. Please remember if using PayPal their are fees applicable. You can also pay by bank transfer. Details on request. Just send an email to bookings@lagoonasoul.com.
