Paul Kidley

If Paul is not caught cycling 550km across Vietnam, or in a boxing ring at a charity sports night, then you will catch him organising soul music events in the name of charity for local and international organisations. The energy from within drives Paul continuously and why you may ask?

His simple and humble reply is ‘because I can’.

Paul has raised individually a whopping £100, 000 and over £1millon as a member of various charity teams including Team Mitsubishi Electric and continues to drive or cycle along by combining his passion for djing soul music helping towards raising worthy funds.

Under the title of ‘The Overdose Of Joy’ Paul, along side a support team offer their time from marketing events, behind the scenes working with top UK soul DJ’s to ensure the running of each event goes to plan. The backbone of the event is the persistency of Paul and his passion to make each charity event right and of course to raise the very much needed funds.

Paul certianly knows how to move a croud. Resident at Lagoona Soul since the start he really has pulled out some tunes wether it be a midday or 5am, thats after his 4 hour set on the boat.
